Fairfax Traffic Lawyer – Client was charged driving at 90 mph in a 55mph.  Due to this elevated speed, she was facing possible jail time.  However, after negotiations with the officer and the prosecutor, we were able to reach an amicable resolution, where the charge was reduced to speeding.  Prior to trial, attorney encouraged client to get her speedometer checked and to voluntarily enroll in a driving improvement class.  Both helped play a role in the resolution of the case.
